Shipping
The Summer Jam™ preorder window has closed and production is underway. Orders begin shipping mid-August. Shipping options are shown at checkout, and tracking is sent by email once your order is on the way.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened lip care cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 14 days of delivery and we will help resolve it.
Digital Products
Ashy Lips Anonymous™ is delivered digitally after purchase. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are final sale once access has been delivered, except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to process orders, support customer requests, and manage opt-in communications. We do not sell your information.
Terms
By joining the Jam List, you agree to receive ButtahJam™ marketing communications and may unsubscribe at any time. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and other transactional messages may still be sent when necessary to complete or service a purchase. Anyone who preorders during the first Summer Jam™ drop becomes a Founding Jammer. Pricing, availability, and timing may change as the first run is finalized.
