Shipping
Shipping options are shown at checkout when an order is placed, and tracking is sent by email once an order is on the way.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened lip care cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 14 days of delivery and we will help resolve it.
Digital Products
Ashy Lips Anonymous™ is a digital guide. Availability and delivery details are provided when the download is available. Once a digital file has been delivered, that purchase is final sale, except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to process orders, support customer requests, and manage opt-in communications. We do not sell your information.
